About

America is the most incarcerated country in the world. With only 5% of the world’s population, America has close to 25% of the global prison population. The land of the free and the home of the brave is now the land of the conquered and fearful.

Consider:

  • 716 of every 100,000 Americans are behind bars; 220 countries have less than 150 of every 100,000
  • 1 in 3 American adults has been arrested by the age of 23
  • 1 in 3 is in the FBI criminal database
  • 9% have a felony conviction
  • With just 25,000 federal prisoners in 1980, we have over 200,000 today
  • SWAT raids increased from 3,000 annually in the 1980s to over 50,000 today

The End of Justice has a thesis that the ignorance, apathy, and fear of the people give rise to the institutional arrogance and indiscretion of all governing authority. The result is undeniable, a high rate of imprisonment.

The End of Justice exposes the crisis within the American judicial system. This work examines the justice process as ten components and scores each component with the “Four Corners of Justice” diagram. This diagram proves the unfairness of the judicial process by scoring court cases to qualify and quantify how victims of the system were found to be guilty when they were actually innocent. For example, after reviewing the case against David Ingalls, one may reasonably conclude he went to prison because of his defense attorney.

When you or someone you know is unduly influenced by the American justice system, the questions how and why become relevant. The End of Justice will serve as the antidote.

The author of The End of Justice relinquished his rights to this book to the publisher. The book is now being used to raise funds to bring awareness to America’s incarceration epidemic. Please support this cause by purchasing either the book or ebook.
